This month marks three years since I opened the doors to Roberson Law. In that time, we've gone to battle in courtrooms across the state, stood shoulder to shoulder with clients in some of the hardest moments of their lives, and built a firm rooted in grit, integrity, and a deep belief in second chances.
Three years ago, I started this firm with a simple goal: to fight hard, speak plainly, and never forget who I work for. That mission hasn't changed. From our very first client to the many we've represented since, it's been an honor to serve people across Alaska—people who put their trust in me and my team to defend their freedom, protect their rights, and make sure their voices are heard.
This work isn't easy. It's not supposed to be. But every case we take on is a chance to do something that matters. To call out injustice. To push back when the system overreaches. And to remind people—judges, prosecutors, juries—that no one is beyond redemption and everyone deserves to be treated like a human being.
I'm proud of what we've built. We're still small, still lean, and still willing to throw a punch when it counts. We've taken on complex criminal trials, fought for clients in villages and cities, and made a name for ourselves not by playing it safe, but by showing up prepared, focused, and unafraid to challenge the narrative.
To everyone who has supported us—our clients, colleagues, mentors, and even our critics—thank you. You've sharpened us, strengthened us, and pushed us to keep getting better.
Here's to the next year. More trials, more wins, more justice. Still standing. Still fighting. Still here for Alaska.
