DMV Revocation Dismissed After Administrative Hearing
March 2026
Our office recently represented a client in an administrative license revocation proceeding arising from a DUI arrest. The case involved a commercial driver accused of operating under the influence.
After an administrative hearing before the Alaska Division of Motor Vehicles, the Hearing Officer dismissed the revocation action with prejudice.
As a result, the client's driving privileges were restored, if otherwise eligible upon proper application.
Administrative license proceedings are separate from the criminal case and involve different standards and procedures. Timely hearing requests, preparation, and effective advocacy can make a significant difference.
Every case depends on its specific facts. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
